RiverGreen Remodeling began with a desire to create meaningful value through honest work and exceptional craftsmanship. What started as a general home improvement business evolved into a company specializing in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, where our background in custom cabinetry and fine carpentry sets the standard for everything we do.

We believe how the work gets done matters just as much as the finished result. That's why we prioritize clear communication, daily progress updates, clean job sites, and doing what's right, even when no one is watching.

Owner and Lead Craftsman

Austin Lapp's passion for craftsmanship began as a teenager, helping his father build their family home. He later spent over six years helping establish and operate a custom cabinet shop, developing expertise in cabinetry, kitchen design, and fine woodworking.

After college, Austin gained experience in sales and marketing, developing systems that now help RiverGreen deliver an organized, client-focused remodeling experience.

Having completed more than 75 projects across Eastern Ohio, Austin is passionate about turning homeowners' ideas into reality. He leads RiverGreen with a commitment to integrity, empathy, and quality craftsmanship.

Austin lives in Dover with his wife and four children and takes pride in serving the community he calls home.

Bruce loves to create beautiful spaces and thoroughly enjoys designing and building custom projects, from the family home to a one of a kind bunk bed for his boys. His commitment to quality and attention to detail help elevate our projects to the RiverGreen standard.

Bruce spent the first ten years of his career working in his dad's cabinet business. He filled a wide range of roles during that time, from builder to installer to manager. Bruce is passionate about combating chronic poverty and spent several years working for a microfinance organization in Kenya before settling in Ohio.

Bruce lives in Berlin, Ohio, with his wife and three sons.

    Clear communication

    You talk budget with us before anyone visits, and you'll hear from us promptly when anything changes. We reply to requests by the next business day, and after the job wraps up we check in at 3 days, 3 weeks and 3 months.

    Care and craftsmanship

    We build it the way we'd want it built in our own home. We handle most of the plumbing and electrical ourselves, clean up every workday, and all RiverGreen workmanship carries a two-year written warranty.

  • 03

    Integrity

    We tell you what will happen, including the hard parts. The on-site assessment ends with a written quote that spells out scope, finishes and materials before anything is torn out. RiverGreen is insured.
